With 35 years of experience, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Automated Manufacturing. He worked as a Field Service Engineer at GMF Robotics and later as an Instructor for Chrysler before founding his own company in 1996.

Amy graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). She is an acclaimed Courseware Developer, authoring publications, including textbooks and course materials, since 2005.
