Diagnose, Fix, and Repair
• Inspect all components, including piston, rod, tube/barrels, wiper, threads, head base, end cap, and gland
• Measure the shaft runout with a dial indicator and straighten the shaft
• Install new seal kit and bearings as needed
• Hone or replace barrel, resurface piston and end caps, chrome rods, polish and groom surfaces
• Test cushioning, rod lock, and end play
• Recenter Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDT)
• Pressurize hydraulic to 3500 PSI and pneumatic to 90 PSI to measure leakage
