Avoid downtime with electronic automation repair
ICR’s electronic automation repair department relies on decade’s worth of experience, along with the knowledge and industry expertise from a diverse set of repair technicians. Capabilities within the automation space include servo drives, servo controls, servo amplifiers, indexers and a host of other precision motion controls. ICR customers need their production lines to run continually and any downtime that occurs results in lost revenue. We understand the issues that crop up and provide root-cause failure analysis to help our customers permanently fix their problems and prevent reocurrence.
How we repair electronic automation parts
Electronic automation repair technicians adhere to time-tested procedures to revitalize and refurbish non-operable incoming parts. Once we’ve cleaned and dis-assembled the non-working part through our evaluation process, technicians then work to re-set all specifications back to their original OEM settings. Each and every repaired part that leaves ICR facilities will either meet or exceed the original OEM specifications. Once we’ve evaluated, cleaned and dis-assembled the non-working part, technicians refurbish each part with an emphasis on reliability and longevity.
