ABB S4Cplus Controller

ABB released the S4Cplus controller building upon the previous generations S4C controller and ushered in a new era of motion control.Compatible with all ABB robots, this fast-performing, reliable, and efficient controller allows motion control with a wide range of communication abilities. QuickMove_TM and TrueMove_TM functions come pre-installed onboard the S4Cplus providing even more bang for the buck. QuickMove_TM aims to reduce cycle times, while TrueMove_TM provides a high-precision path-following capability, which allows the controller to function separately from the speed of the robot it’s paired with. When customers choose to outfit a robot cell featuring ABB robots they routinely select the S4Cplus controller to handle a cell’s programming and operation.
