Yaskawa robotic parts repaired by ICR undergo an extensive repair process and verification testing to ensure reliability and longevity during operation. The process involves a thorough cleaning of all potential contaminents and replacement of any aged or defective components under our internal PM directives. Our repair techicians take great care of each repaired part free of any defects and certify each repair utilizing either our Motoman XRC-EA1400 or XRC-UP10 test systems. Setting us apart from our competition, ICR’s XRC-UP130 system tests with both a 6th and 7th axis capability.
