Motoman’s NX100 Controller ICR Test Fixture

Extensive knowledge and use of the Motoman NX100 controller allows ICR to repair and test critical associated components, and parts. ICR engineers designed and built two test fixtures pairing the smaller size, arc welding robot with 3kg payload capacity Motoman SSA2000 and the larger, full sized HP165R robot with a payload capacity of up to 165kg along with the NX100 controller. The Motoman HP165R is best known for it’s material handling capabilities.
